Each year, Big Creek Missions will select a number of staff to assist with the summer missions program in Leslie County. Applicants should be a proven leader, or show exceptional potential. Applicants should set an example in their love, speech, conduct, faith, and purity. Applicants should strive for excellence in all their endeavors.
Applicants will be involved in the overall operations of the mission center, including cleaning, organization, and planning. Hard work will be required, but countless opportunities for fun and fellowship are offered. Those wanting to play games, be the center of attention, and have a cozy job need not apply. You are applying for a staff position which means you will have multiple jobs, and some are dirty. You are signing up for a position that will require some uncomfortable living conditions, extremely long work hours, and constant noise. If you can't get along with others in a close setting, this position may not be for you! When you're filling out this application, don't try to impress us. Just be real. We are most impressed by those students who exhibit humility and recognize their own strengths and weaknesses. Don't take this application lightly - as there are dozens who will apply for a limited number of positions at Big Creek this coming summer.
