Here are the general qualifications for home repair:
-- the residents should have a legitimate need
-- the residents should be physically or financially incapable of repairing their own home
-- the residents should own their home - not rent or lease. (Coal or gov't leases MAY apply)
-- the residents should be willing to show proof of income

Our priority groups for renovations are: 
-- Elderly (especially widowed)
-- Families with small children
-- Disabled

Time frame for renovations:
Big Creek missions receives hundreds of applications per year from individuals and agences, and unfortunately, is unable to complete all repairs requested.  Upon receiving an application, should you qualify, we will  begin the process of reviewing your application and set up a time to view your home.   The entire process, should you be accepted, could take up to 12 months.
