Election of PTO Vice President

Carly Rosendahl was elected as the VP of the BHPS PTO with all those voting yes with no descending votes.  Carly will replace Beth Stys whose child has left the school

Fall Festival Update

Treasurer Christine updated us about the Fall Festival. As of Dec 2008 the PTO’s operating account had ~$5700. During the Fall Festival PTO made ~$800 profit (included in the final figure quoted above)

EZ Refill Candle Fund Raiser

During the Holidays we will send out a Flyer about EZ Refill candles.  The vendor Spa Concepts will donate 10% of the proceeds from BHPS purchases to the PTO.

Other Business

We have heard updates about the Stage we will be putting on the basket ball field. Mister Scott spoke about the status and hoped that it will ready in early Spring 2009

Next PTO Meeting

We will meet on Thursday, January 8, 2009 at 6 PM for our next meeting. Beth Stys has agreed to arrange a free self-defense demo during the meeting at the Main campus.
