Return to home page --> What is a public workspace? When I try to assign someone to a workspace the "Available Accounts" section is blank. This section is blank because you haven't created any accounts. Administrators can create accounts by choosing "Subscription / Accounts" and clicking the button for "Manage Accounts". Accounts listed from this window can be assigned to workspaces. Normally, accounts can only see content assigned to workspaces they belong to. As an option the administrator can also create public workspaces. These special workspaces are accessible to everyone in a group. Use public workspaces for posting group activities such as team announcements and holiday schedules. Public workspaces are identified with a green star as seen from the workspaces main window. Is there a quick shortcut key for assigning multiple people to a workspace? Yes. Just hold down the CTRL key and use your left mouse button to add or remove multiple people to workspaces.
