How do I create subtasks?
Subtasks are a great way to track and organize information that relate to your tasks.  Once created, subtasks exist as special conversations that are linked to your tasks.  To create a subtask review the details of any existing task and choose "create a subtask".

From here you can fill in the information for your new discussion. Once complete you will be taken back to the task detail window and will see a new option for “Join Conversation - 0 responses”. Click “save record” to return to the main task window.

Your task is now linked to your conversation. Now your group can track any additional ideas, documents or URL’s that relate to the task through the conversation. In addition, you can find you find the related Task by clicking the “View Related Task” button.

People viewing tasks can find linked conversations by clicking on the “join conversation” option from the Task Detail window.  Linked conversations also have a blue "staple" icon associated to them for easy identification.

Are tasks assigned to accounts or workspaces?
Tasks are assigned to accounts.  However, to choose accounts associated with your tasks you must choose at least one workspace.

How can I get my tasks to appear in my RSS reader?
From the main tasks window just click on the orange RSS icon that appears to the left of the "Tasks" title.  If you are using recent versions of Firefox, Safari or Internet Explorer these browsers should guide you through the process.

Can I assign a task to multiple people?
Yes.

I want to set a task reminder but the check option is disabled.
This option is enabled through our integration with Google Calendar. To activate just add your Google credentials to your profile. Now when you create your task and select this option the reminder will be enabled on your corresponding Google Calendar entry.
