How does pricing work?
You pay a monthly subscription based on the number of people who will use the system.  All features are unlimited with the exception of document storage space.  Groups start using Joint Contact immediately after completing their online registration. No additional set up or configuration required.  There is also no time expiration for the 2 user free license.


What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover for prepaid monthly subscriptions.   Free or paid subscribers can also increase or decrease their subscription level at any time.  For additional sales questions please visit our contact us page or call us toll-free at 1-866-434-3253.


How secure is it?
Our systems are maintained in a secure environment and are monitored on a continuous basis. Your documents and other information are stored on our multi-drive data servers with redundant drives in case of a hardware problem. All data is backed up multiple times per day. All passwords (even for free accounts) are encrypted. Each Joint Contact account also comes with 128bit encryption (the same security banks and other e-commerce providers use). This prevents third parties from reading or intercepting any documents or content you add to the system.


How many users can I set up with an unlimited account?
Using an unlimited account will grant you access to set up as many users as you wish.


What do I need in order to run Joint Contact?
Joint Contact is a web-based solution that you can access through a standard web browser. No additional computer hardware or software is required.  Joint Contact supports IE 6.0 and 7.0 (Windows), Firefox 2.0 (Windows, Mac, Linux) and Safari (Mac).


Do you have special non-profit pricing?
Yes.  If your company is a 501 3(c) organization we can provide you with a discount based on the size of your group.   Just contact us for details.
