Return to home page --> What is meant by "Archive Conversations"? The term "Archive Conversation" means your conversation will be hidden from the main conversations window, but won't be deleted. Any conversation you create is automatically saved to Joint Contact until you specifically delete it. If you create a conversation but don't select "Archive" it will appear in the main conversations window automatically. When I attach an image or document to a conversation where do these files go? When attaching images or documents to conversations these files are added to their respective modules automatically. Joint Contact also ensures these files are assigned to the same workspace as your conversation. Can I change the workspace assigned to a conversation? Yes. To edit an existing conversation just select "join conversation" and then select "edit conversation". For the time being conversations can only be edited by the content creator. Can I attach multiple files to conversation? Yes. Each conversation allows you to attach one document and one image. If you already attached one file to your conversation you can edit your entry and attach a GIF or JPEG image. Return to home page --> |
