Confirm room availability on telephone or by e-mail.
Confirm the amount to be paid.
Make payment at computerized / Centralized Banking Solution(CBS) branch  of Punjab National Bank
Inform the hotel you have made the payment leave your mobile number or land line so that the hotel gets back to you confirming your payment has been received.

Condition for booking rooms

  1. Booking will be confirmed on payment of 100% advance.
  2. Bookings once done will not be cancelled.
  3. Bookings will be done for specific guest and bookings can not be      transfered to any other person.
  4. Person in whose name the booking stands shall carry his identity card.
  5. The cost for food will be extra.
  6. We will suggest APAI all meal plan is taken.
  7. As the rush is going to be immense we suggest that a minimum booking number of days must be Seven 3 days.
  8. The hotel is centrally located only 500 meters from har-ki-pauri so the rush to be their is there so book your rooms in advance.
  9. Extra mattress will cost an extra 800 rupees.
