Rates

 
 
We want everyone to enjoy our exciting entertainment, so we provide reasonably priced, yet stunning, artwork. 
 

 

Rates are based on an hourly fee.

Prices vary depending on the event size, time needed, location, number of guests and number of artists needed.

Minimum Charge:  Two Hours For Most Events   

 

Our consultants will help to determine how many artists are needed to keep the event running smoothly and to keep the guests happy within your budget.  
 

Deposit

A 50% deposit is required in order to secure your date.
No date will be reserved until a deposit has been received.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.


Payment

The 50% deposit will be applied toward your balance, which is due 10 day prior to the event date.
Payments can be made in cash, check or PayPal for online convenience.

 


Travel Fee
There is no additional charge for locations within 10 miles of Atlanta.
Locations outside of this radius will include a travel fee.


Returned Check

For any checks that are returned unpaid, a $40.00 fee will apply in addition to bank charges incurred.
 
 
  

Discounts:

We provide a discount when more than one artist is needed to service the event.

A good rule of thumb to follow:
One artist accommodates approximately 20 guests per hour, depending on the complexity of design.

Large Venues - Speed Airbrushing:

When groups are huge, such as a sporting event or high traffic venues, we are equipped to keep up with your crowds demands and provide you with multiple artists.
For speed airbrushing, we suggest a limited menu of artwork, custom designed for your event.
There is a 3 hour minimum for these types of events.
