Steps to Create Ancestry DNA Account

• Click on www.ancestry.com/dna.

• Login to the Ancestry DNA using your username and password.

• Later, if you want to receive your kit status, click on the Yes button or provide your contact number.

• Click on the Review and read all the given information. Click Submit and Activate.

How to Delete your Ancestry DNA Account

• Click on the official website of Ancestry DNA.

• Login to the website with your username and password.

• You will see a list of subscriptions that will be deleted along with your account on the next page.

• You will also find the Your Trees option, and this will also be deleted.

• Your DNA test results will also be deleted from your account.

• Click Next.

• A new pop-up box will appear and again, click on the Next option.

• After clicking on the Next option all your test results and data will get deleted within 30 days.

• Check your mailbox and click on the link sent to you by Ancestry DNA. Paste the verification code in the box.

• The code will expire in eight hours.

• Click Delete Account.

• A final link will be sent to your email confirming the deletion of your account.
