Hi, Qing and All,
It's been almost 3 months since we've had that successful 4/5 performance in Andover library. A lot have happened since then, which have been keeping all of us busy for the time being. Now that things are gradually calm down, may be we can once again pick ourselves up and re-group for that planed Golden-Autumn Andover Chinese Festival? I'd think we need a solid 3 months to prepare for the event, so now might the right time to re-start our effort if we still want to do it. Just my 2c.
Regards.

Hi all,
I want to say Thank You Very Much for the job well done collectively on Saturday, April 5th at Andover Memorial Hall Library! After the event, we met with the audience and have heard positive feedback and they told us that this was a wonderful event! Emily, who worked on this event with us since 6 weeks ago, was so happy that this event was a great success and she told us that the library would love to do it again! A small story about her enthusiasm about this event: a week ago, she and I were discussing the details about 4/5 event, and I told her the meaning and the pronunciation of "Xi Yang Yang" and she was very excited, and on that day right before the show, she recited it very cheerfully - Xi Yang Yang, Xi Yang Yang" .....
This is the first such event that our Andover (Merrimack Valley) Chinese Culture Association organized for our local communities, and we are so proud to see many residents come and watch the art show and our music performances. The room was packed, and audience participation was very active. The chorus and Xi Yang Yang team's performance
Thanks to each and everyone for making this event successful. Thanks in particular to Liang Musen who rushed back from his son's morning surgery in Brookline and even wasn't able to fill out his son's pain-killer prescription, but she made ON TIME for our performance, and did great job ! Thank you Musen! Thanks Steve McIntosh for your excellent introduction of the songs. Thanks to Yang Yang our pianist who came to help us right after his computer coding competition! Of course, this event won't be a successful without each and everyone's contribution, so thank you very much !
