1. Health Care/Hospitals
There are lots of hospitals. Anyone can get medical attention. These hospital are the most advanced in the galaxy.
2. Libraries
We have the largest and widest variety of books know to man. They are in libraries spread all around the world.
3. Fire protection
We have a top notch fire department. They have the best equipment and training anywhere in the galaxy, as well as the fastest response times.
B. Urban planning
1. Types of homes (single-family, multiple-family, apartment
complexes, long houses, etc.
A combination of single family and apartment complexes. People can live with others or a family if they wish, or they may live alone. You do not have to pay for housing.(that doesn't include utilities) 
2. Where will industry, storage and warehouses be found and how will it be organized
Mainly in a central area in the cities, kinda like what Denver used in 2008, only much safer and cleaner.
3. Recreation centers

A different number in different cities. It depends on the number of people, and regardless of the number there are in a city they all have the top equipment and staff found anywhere.
C. Funding
1. Taxes
Very low, only enough to fund schools and things like fire/police departments and partially hospitals. Donations are appreciated and very common.
2. Contributions from industry
Most of the products are released to the public. Only a small fraction is exported to other places.
