Industry, Agriculture, and Geography Of Venus

A. What is the geography of this utopian place? What are the major geographical features (bodies of water, mountains, canyons, etc.)? What does this place look like?
The schools are located in the old Greek-style ruins on islands, close to the main land. Most houses are located on the mainland, although a few are on neighboring islands. There is  a mountain chain about five miles inland from shore, each one reaching about 6-9000 feet. There are lots of trees, flowers, and shrubs if varying types. Some are found on Earth, but many are unique to Venus. For example, there are orange-colored trees, ice flowers, fire flowers, and many other unique species.
B. What natural resources, if any, are available? How will they be used?
Metals of all types, minerals, pretty much everything that Earth has plus a few extra things that you won't find anywhere else. They are used for building materials, jewelry, clothing, technology, etc, etc.
C. Is the climate suitable for agriculture? If so, what crops will be
cultivated? Please make reference to population statistics for
feasibility calculation.
Agriculture is a big part of the society. Whole classes are devoted to learning how to be a farmer. All crops are grown here. Some are a little bit rare because they have to be grown in a certain climate that is not found in many places on Venus.
D. How are jobs determined? What percentage of the workforce is
dedicated to the survival and growth of the Utopia?
You get to choose your own job. People only intervene if there is no way you can do that job. If a job that is needed to help the society prosper doesn't have many people behind it, the government will choose people that are best suited for the for the job and they ask them to change their job. If they do not wish to change, then the government keeps looking for someone to take the job.
E. Is this Utopia notable for any particular crop (e.g. silk, kiwi fruit) or
industry (e.g. postage stamps, fine furniture)?
The produce some of the best and finest instruments and art work.
F. What, if anything, is imported? From whom?
Nothing is imported from anywhere.
G. What, if anything, is exported? To whom?
Instruments, art work, food, minerals, metals, and the like that are found only on Venus, and they are exported to all other societies that can pay for it.
