Since their are not many people on the island, there will be one health care unit and two small hospitals. These will be located on an open, easy accessible, part of the island. Also, we will hopefully have little injuries since the piont of this utopia is to have peace and no fighting.

2. Libraries

In Hatikva there will be schools so there will be some libraries in that area. Hatikva will probably also have a few small public libraries for all to use.

3. Fire protection

We hope to have no huge fires but if that does happen, our protection will be simple. First, we will try to put it out. If this does not workor the fire is spreading to rapidly, all the people of hatikva will go to the storm protection place. This is located on the mountainy side of the island and is underground. There are many trap doors that lead to underground shelters and are safe from pretty much all natural disasters.

B. Urban planning
1. Types of homes (single-family, multiple-family, apartment
complexes, long houses, etc.

Each family or person will have a house. These houses can be created by them, based off another, or be a duplacate of another house. They can be as small as wanted and as big as 4000 square feet. There will be no apartment complexes but people can have their house build right next to another if that is what they desire.

2. Where will industry, storage and warehouses be found and how will it be organized?

There will be one huge storage area on the island. It will be organized by the people who want to work in that area of labor. It will be found half in half out of a mountian so that if any thing bad happens all the very valuble stuff will be safe.

3. Recreation centers

There will probably only be one recreation center since there are few people and it is an island with a nice ocean that is avalible to everyone. The center will hold basic recreation things like, pools, tennis, work out rooms, basketball, volleyball, etc.

Since there is currently no currency, there will be no taxes on anything.

2. Contributions from industry

The only thing that the industry will contribute is their time and work that will help the socciety grow and stay strong.
