A. Describe and, if possible, name the informing political philosophy
of this Utopia (for example, Democracy, Monarchy, etc.)
    Well the specific type of government is republican. This is because the plane was coming from the U.S. Since everyone was use to this type of government and liked it, this is what hatikva chose for their government.

C. Describe the level of participation (do you do them) and how they are accomplished for the following governmental
activities:
i. Choosing/removing leaders
The leaders will be voted upon to come to power. If one would like to leave, the may do so as they wish as long as they have a good reason.
ii. Creating/changing laws

Laws are the same as the leaders. They will be aproved by the highest powers first though and then voted upon by the socciety.

D. What are the “checks” on governmental power, if any?

The checks are pretty simple. There aren't any. As long as everything is running smoothly, nothing will be done to anyone or any of the government.

E. How does this government support or suppress the expression of
individual ideas?

Indicidual ideas are welcomed as long as they do not have anything to do with war. They try to give some support whether they like the idea or not.

F. What are the methods and means of law enforcement and military operations (both peace keeping and war making):
1. At the local level?
Hatikva will have no milatary at all since the thought is to keep peace and keep war out of it. The law method is that if anyone breaks a law, the will be forgiven unless it happens again. If one murders though, they will be let off the island with a raft and little food.

2. At the national level?
Since Hatikva is so small, the rules will be the same for local as national.

H. What type, if any, currency will this Utopia use?

For now, Hatikva is simply in the building and getting use to things. Eventually, there might be a currency but currently there is none.
