A. Community services

1. Health Care/Hospitals
Each dome/town contains between 1 and 10 hospitals depending on the population. There is no dome specifically for just nurses or doctors as health care is needed everywhere. There are also doctor's offices in each hospital. Health care is free.

2. Libraries 
Every school, dome/town, and business has it's own library. Book subjects range from picture books to biographies. Except for personal libraries in peoples homes all libraries are for public use.

3. Fire protection
Each dome/town has 2-7 fire stations depending on size. Each fire station consists of 7 fire men/women, 3 dispatchers, 1 medic, and 3 commanders/drivers. Each fire station also has 1 ambulance, 1 ladder truck, 1 hose truck, and depending on it's location a helicopter and/or plane.

4.Police
Each dome/town has 1-5 police stations depending on the size of the dome and the amount of crime. Each police station consist of between 20 and 150 volunteer police officers and 1-20 paid commanders. Each officer has no gun as guns are outlawed in Arcatia but they are trained in karate. Officers have a battery powered scooter (the 2nd most popular form of transportation in Arcatia. The first is flying).


B. Urban planning
1. Types of homes (single-family, multiple-family, apartment complexes, long houses, etc.
Each dome/towns contains, between 1000, and 20,000 homes. There are 3 different home design: family, single, and 2 person. The homes are organized very similarly to hotels. One section of the dome/town has between 2 and 30 stories of homes. This is where everyone lives.

2. Where will industry, storage and warehouses be found and how will it be organized?
Each dome/town is split into 3 sections: residential, shops, and large industrys/companies. Storage and warehouses are found in the section of the dome/town where the company they are owned by are found. The only exception is the food storehouse which is located in the basement.

3. Recreation centers
Each dome contains 1-10 recreation center, access to these recreation center is free for all citizens, visitors must pay a small fee of 1/16 jewel.

C. Funding
If a project needs funding, the government usual does fund raisers like 5k races, or parties in the park to help raise money. These fund raisers also help build community.

1. Taxes
Every year every person over 18 must pay 2 jewels (or more depending on the economy) to the government.

2. Contributions from industry
Industries must also pay taxes except there taxes are 5 jewels depending on the economy etc.
