B. What is the time line for the creation and development of this Utopia?
If you began building tomorrow, where will your society be in 5 years?
In 50 years? In 500 years?

After 5 years this utopia was still in the early process of building. Only 30 of the 67 domes were completed at this time.  

After 50 years the utopia was only just becoming operational, a government had been voted into office and rules had been set. 50 years after the 67 scholars had arrived Arcatia became officially operational.

After 500 years the utopia was stronger than ever, all other worlds looked up to Arcatia for disaster relief and advice. Arcatia was a super power compared to all other planets.

 

C. What is a dome? 

A dome is a a half a sphere fliped over on it's side. Each dome is massive, some are 2 miles in diameter. Each dome houses one profession and each dome supports another. Ex: The business dome buys materials form the manufacturing dome to sell.
This is the Geologist dome, it is the smallest dome in Arcatia because often times the geologists live out in the wilderenss.

D. How do people find out about your Utopia? Do people accidentally stumble across it through exploration? Is a member of the society telling the story of the utopia?

When the utopia started it was anonymous, but now, 500 years later, Arcatia is the most widely known planet because of how great it is. It is known for the greatness of the people, and fairness of its constitution. There is no need for people around the universe to tell Arcatia's story.
