A. How will this Utopia come into being? Be very specific about
deliberate creation versus accidental creation. 
    Four friends have been planning a skydiving trip for two months and today was the day that all the training for it would pay off. It was somewhat breezy out but the instructor said it would be fine. Everyone's heart was thumping as the small plane ascended to the sky. They voted and chose to do a particularly high jump, much higher than many other people usually do. It was time for the jump and everyones parachutes were attached to their backs tightly. "One, two, three, go!", the instructor cried. The four friends jumped. While holding hands in the air a huge gust of wind blew them hard to the left. After drifting for a while and island appeared in the distance. The four landed hard in dense trees, all of them were knocked out. When they woke up a roof was present above their head, a figure appeared in the doorway. His old, darkened face spoke,"welcome to our utopia".
   

B. What is the time line for the creation and development of this Utopia?
    Over the years, the friends learned that the tribe was very advanced. They even contributed their own knowledge to it helping it grow. There was still much for them to learn as a society.

If you began building tomorrow, where will your society be in 5 years?
    We would have voted and picked a good leader that will help the utopia. Everyone would know their place in what they need to do to help the society. Building of public libraries, hospitals, and government offices will have started. 

In 50 years? In 500 years?
    In 50 years we will have a complete voted government that is fair to everyone. A law enforcement squad will also be present. All necessary building will have been complete employees will be hired for those jobs. In 500 years transportation will be mastered. All needed roads will be built and in use, and vehicles will be made. Someone will have found a way to generate electricity by using the island volcano's heat energy.

C. How do people find out about your Utopia? Do people accidentally stumble across it through exploration? Is a member of the society telling the story of the utopia?

    A now famous explorer, Ted Kennedy figured out that there was a couple parts of the globe that was unmapped. He set out on a quest to get the coordinated of these places and map the land (if any). On one of his trips he found the island and was very impressed with the technology on the island. A couple news stories were done about the island but after a while everyone but a select few forgot about the whole thing. Ted kennedy was elected president of the utopia ten years after finding it.
