This utopia came into being when 12 exactly 12 of us went soul searching. Here is what The Daily Limited said,

Well they were right they couldn't find us, we went pretty far into a planet richer in resources than earth itself. Also we later made a newspaper called The Daily Unlimited.
We the 12 of us went soul searching and decided to go search planets. At one point the cook gave us an idea to settle in and create a society. The idea spread and we decided to do it.

In 500 years. The whole planet will be like earth but by the commandments of jollyism. It will be rich and beautiful.

No one ever finds out about our utopia and if they do and agree to follow the commandments then they would be allowed to enter.
