1. Health Care/Hospitals On Risker Island, one has to earn credits to get health care. The more credits one has, the higher they are health care wise. The higher one is, the more "valuable" they are. For example, if two patients go to a hospital at the same time, the person with more credits will be able to see the doctor first. Yet, this only occurs when two patients go to a hospital at the same time to avoid the death of citizens just because they have lower credits. In other words, if citizens with higher credits always got to go first, then the ones with lower credit will all die if they are neglected. One exception to this rule is if an injury is life-threatening. There are 100 hospitals on Risker Island and any citizen of Risker Island can go to any hospital. 2. Libraries Libraries can be found on Risker Island. They are used mostly by student that are still in school. The more one turns in books on time the more credits they earn on their library cards, letting them check out more books. Once one has lost even one book all their credits are lost and either they buy that same book or they have to return the full value of the book. 3. Fire protection There isn't much concern for natural fires on Risker Island since it isn't too dry. Yet if there is ever a fire in a building each individual is responsible to get out of the building. There are no automatic sprinklers in buildings to encourage one's mind to act quickly so that they can avoid death. Fires are also considered "exciting" which is a form of danger on Risker Island. 4. Other Voluntary work - On Risker Island, this is highly accepted. Any help anywhere is wanted. Refer to the Fine Art section in Industry, Agriculture, and Geography for some examples of voluntary work. B. Urban planning 1. Types of homes (single-family, multiple-family, apartment complexes, long houses, etc. Each family on Risker Island is in charge of getting situated in a home. Most of the homes on Risker Island are fit for a family of four or less. There aren't any apartments but there are dorms for students in school to live in. Once they are out of school, they are expected to live in a house that is fit for a family of four or less. This is to encourage families only up to four members and students to quickly start on their working part of their lives and to get ready to support themselves and maybe even a family.
Industry, storage, and warehouse are all mainly near the middle of the island. This is so that houses and dorms can be built near the edges where it is by the ocean. 3. Recreation centers Recreation centers can be found dividing up every 100 houses and dorms. This because Risker Island encourages physical activity not only to stay healthy but it can keep one fit for any times when either their fighting, protection, or survival skills might come in handy for some protection from dangerous situations. C. Funding 1. Taxes Taxes are known as H.M.F.H.H, standing for, "Helping Money From a Helping Hand." They are known to be a necessity to the society because the money is used for things that are a benefit. It is also understood the money is used towards things that are a benefit for every citizen of the Risker Island. These things include the 100 police that are protecting the citizens when dangerous situations get way too out of hand, the roads for cars to run on, the maintenance of all the public places of Risker Island, etc.
2. Contributions from industry All the things that are made in the industry of Risker Island are split amongst the country's stores that sell those things and for the government to be export it. |
