Culture, Social Customs, and Family Structure for Monocomm Democrorepublic

A. Education of citizens is an important aspect in most civilizations.
How will this Utopia respond to the following issues:
1. Who will have access to education and how will they access it?
Everyone, but the government of each section will decide the details of how long it is required and on what grounds you can be suspended from school districts.
2. What will be taught and how will it be taught?
Everything that is not religion and race related will be taught, but children do have the right to make religious after school clubs as long as they're not racist.
3. What is the value placed on the role of Educators?
They are expected to be treated with respect, but they do not have any "special powers" unless the government decides so.
B. How will this Utopia address the following issues regarding religion?
i. State sanctioned religion (one official religion) vs. multiple religious traditions
All religions are to be practiced if wanted, and none are to be banned unless they are PROVED to hurt citizens.
ii. If a state sanctioned religion, what level of observance will be required? What will enforcement procedures entail?
No, because all of the founders believed in religious freedom. People can believe in or not believe in what they want.
iii. Observance of eastern and western religions as they currently exist vs. the creation of a new religion or many new religions?
People are free to create religions as they please, as long as they don't hurt people.
