C. What are the specific skills, if any, possessed by the first generation of citizens in this Utopia?
The first generation was very skilled, in a variety of ways. First, all of them were very extremely intelligent. Many were creative, thoughtful, patient, and courageous. Other people in the first generation were scientists, doctors, architects, and teachers.
D. How does your Utopia deal with the concept of race, especially in its inception (beginning)? Does it have only one race? Does it allow mixed race bonds to be formed? In the beginning of the society, the only people in it were Americans, mainly whites. But as the society gerw and began letting new people join, many different races were in the society. There were a few problems with race as new people started coming in, but the problems were quickly stopped. Children were taught at an early stage that race should not influence what you thought of others. And for the most part, it didn't. However, if citizens (who are old enough to recognize that it is wrong) chose to discriminate others based on race or religion, or anything else, they are severly punished. For more information on how members of the society were punished, visit the government section. |
