There is a vast library including holographic books. The bran gain helmet supplies most of the literature in the form of books on tape.
2. Fine arts (painting, sculpture, drawing, acting, dance, etc.)
There are buildings where you can learn and practice art. Our society has numerous museums where many artist's work is displayed.

vocal, etc.)
There are buildings where you can learn and practice music and we have many performances by all sorts of musicians. The brain gain helmet is also equipped with many forms of music to learn about and enjoy.

Our society has studios and movie theaters equipped with all of the necessary equipment to produce movies and cartoons. We also can bring in features from around the world via satellite.
5. Sports
We have invented new sports and stadiums using high tech materials. We also picked up some outcasts from
Andy's Utopia
who taught us footskitball.
6. Value placed on the role of Artists and Athletes
Everyone has equal value.
D. Food: Will this Utopia have a national dish? What will be
the prevailing cultural attitude toward food? (For example,
necessary evil or daily joy?)
The national dish is keeshees which is chopped up groos and rees surrounding giraffe meat topped with a sauce made from juices of exotic plants. (See IV. Industry, Agriculture, and Geography question D for more on groos and rees)
E. How has your Utopia dealt with the following issues of social customs:
1. New vs. Old Holidays
The only holidays we added was the creation of the island and my b-day since I came up with the society and was elected chief of the original 25 members. People are allowed to celebrate any other holidays they wish.
2. Social Classes (Are different groups of people viewed differently?)
There are no stereotypes/classes on the island. Everyone is considered equal.

Men and women relate to each other the same way they do in the USA.

See picture below. The geography is similar to this picture.
B. What natural resources, if any, are available? How will they be used?
We have resources that were previously not know to man. Meaning we found new resources such as; fuels, crystals, foods and raw materials.
C. Is the climate suitable for agriculture? If so, what crops will be
cultivated? Please make reference to population statistics for
feasibility calculation.
We have found out how to change the climate so it is suitable for every crop. We also found some new plants we call groos and rees. Groos and rees are abundant and can survive in all climates and on all terrain. We have found wonderful ways to cook groos and rees including our national dish.
D. How are jobs determined? What percentage of the workforce is
dedicated to the survival and growth of the Utopia?
The people check the daily postings on their holographic monitor to find out the work that needs to be done. If they are interested in the job, they learn how to do job via the brain gain helmet and then go to the palace to get the job. This is done on a first come first served basis.
E. Is this Utopia notable for any particular crop (e.g. silk, kiwi fruit) or
industry (e.g. postage stamps, fine furniture)?
Architecture, farming, carpentry, hunting and mining are among many significant industries.
Crop: groos and rees
Industry:Star Wars material parts
F. What, if anything, is imported? From whom?
We import only things we don't have on the island such as corn. Since we have a trade agreement with
Monocomm Democrorepublic (frostbittentomato1046's utopia) we only get things from them.
G. What, if anything, is exported? To whom?
We don't export items because we don't want to help the other countries to strengthen their economies so they do not have the ability to conquer us. The only people we trade with is
Monocomm Democrorepublic (frostbittentomato1046's utopia) because we are allies.
V. Government
A. Describe and, if possible, name the informing political philosophy
of this Utopia (for example, Democracy, Monarchy, etc.)
My society is a
Monarchy - Rule by an individual who has inherited the role and expects to bequeath it to their heir.

Because I am king and use the technology that keeps me middle aged and alive forever, I am the eternal king.
ii. Creating/changing laws
We vote on every new law. Majority rules.
C. What are the “checks” on governmental power, if any?
When changes need to be made a vote is taken by everyone in the society. The king cannot veto. The king is allowed to vote. The king doesn't make any decisions without the rest of the public and their vote. The only way he/she is able to change a decision is if there is a tie.
D. How does this government support or suppress the expression of
individual ideas?
People are allowed to have their own ideas and are able to express them but once a vote is taken on an issue they are bound to follow it.

VI. Infrastructure
A. Community services
1. Health Care/Hospitals
We have high tech hospitals that are equipped with robot surgeons. Although we are so advanced, we don't have electronics to treat disease. We did find some new medicines along with a cure for cancer.
2. Libraries
In the middle of the original island there is a virtual knowledge base that holds every bit of information known to man. The brain gain helmets feed off of this information.
3. Fire protection
We have a fire crew armed with a fire hover craft.
4. Other
There is a volunteer center for people that want to keep sci real safe and clean.

There are multiple sections in th city where warehouses dominate. Warehouses are only allowed in those places. There are also no residential buildings there.
3. Recreation centers
There is 1 Recreation center per every square mile.
C. Funding
1. Taxes
There is a $1000 tax per month.
2. Contributions from industryIndustry gives people jobs and money. Industry gives the society goods, needs, and new technology.
VII: Reaction to Society and Other Utopias
A. How is your Utopia a reaction to the utopia that you read about in your independent novel?
My utopia starts out similar to
Lord of the flies because the kids in the book were survivors from a plane crash and ended on an island. My people were survivors from a cruise ship and ended up on an island. I was elected leader of my society and in the book, Ralph was elected leader in a similar way. In the novel, the kids ended up fighting and two died. I wanted to prevent this from happening in my utopia so I decided that all members would be considered equal and that everyone could use the brain gain helmet to become educated and be a contributing member of society. If you believe you are important you will do good for your society.
B. What historical precedents (or from other works of fiction) have influenced your Utopian ideas?
- Star wars
- Star Trek
- any thing with a topic of sci-fi
- Avatar cartoon (ba sing se)
C. How is your Utopia a reaction to the society that you are living in?
- Government
- "Melting pot"
- Freedom
IX. Unique Features of this Utopia
- Amazing technology
- New resources
- Happy people
- Rich and poor people
- Ability to cerate new technology
- Star Wars weaponry
I like the start you have on your origins, showing on the map where the country is. This gives us an idea of what the climate would be like on your Utopia. But, I think it would improve your origin if you told us the reason why you decided to build the Utopia( war, government, etc.)
@chickwithbrains Thank you for your comment. I have added more to my origin section keeping in mind what you have said.
Thanks again,
Karatydolphi
I like your idea on the origins about the alien spacecraft thing. You should probably add some more details though (not so straightforward).
I don't know if there is a specific reason why you have created all of your sections on one page, but the flow is very confusing and long. I think it would add a lot to your Utopia if you broke up the sections in some way, creating a smoother flow.
