There were systems for everyday services like Health Care and Fire Protection. Here are a few summaries.
Hospitals:
The Most Knowledgeable will lead and he/she will ask for what help they need. The system will be created so that that there is no waiting room. With one hospital at each end of the utopia with one Government Central Hospital, there will be two wings of a hospital: Emergency and Inspection. The Emergency Wing will be on standby in each hospital building, for any emergency. The Inspection Wing will go out each week and inspect each Occupation Department, including the Education Department.
Libraries:
There will be a communal area where all records, books, music, ect are held. There is a log of everything, that way anyone can take anything, and we would still keep track of it. It is important to spread knowledge and even more to spread it whenever anyone may need it.
The contents of the Library are books, novels, music, films, and other miscellaneous documents. There is also a section for our Artists work. The purpose of the Library is to have an open learning station outside of school.
Fire Protection:
Fire protection is not a department. since fire is a matter of life and death, it is everyones responsibility to stop any such fire. We had a system called DEAH, pronounced "day" . It is an acronym that stands for, Drop Everything And Help. Whenever there is a fire, no matter what, everyone has to drop what they are doing and help stop the fire. There is no point in having select few to stop a fire when everyone is capable of helping. So everyone is a firefighter.
Urban Planning:
We are going to have to build our house so each person is permitted a certain amount of square footage. kids revive the same as adults. if two people share a room, the room may be twice as big. So the certain amount of square footage times the amount of people plus extra square feet to add whatever: living room, kitchen, whatever. 250 standard, and add 50 sq ft per extra person. The family may build the house how ever they want. As long as it doesn't intrude into others privacy. Parents may run their house as they see fit as long as it doesn't interfere with others.
Storage:
Like the libraries there are certain areas of storage for certain things. The Library is a storage area for documents. The Kitchen is for food. There is one storage area for each department.
Recreation Centers:We never had specific areas for fun nor exercise. We had a very open society, so as long as it didn't intrude on others privacy, people could entertain themselves by any means necessary. There is a storage area for recreation tools and one area for quiet relaxation open for all.
Taxes:
Their will be no currency so no formal taxing. But each member must do a certain amount of work for the society each day which is totaled up at the end of the month. So if someone takes 2 hours off, they must make those hours up later.
Contributions from Industry:
We want no tech. We live by agriculture. We will have no factories. We won't need them. Agriculture provides enough to be self sufficient for everyone but not enough for excess.
