      War is not allowed. Any who believe in starting a war will have to leave.

      Languages- All must be able to speak English. They do not have to be that good but able to say the basic things. Other languages will be taught at the schools so all are able to speak at least two languages.

     Other than the languages and thoughts on war, all are welcome in this utopia.

C. What are the specific skills, if any, possessed by the first generation of
citizens in this Utopia?
     The hopes are that some one will be able to build. This will be the start of inventing and building towns. All will also be willing to work and help out.

D. How does your Utopia deal with the concept of race, especially in its incecption (beginning)? Does it have only one race? Does it allow mixed race bonds to be formed?

This utopia is for anyone as long as they follow the rules. All people of all races are welcomed. And last, anyone who would like to bond with another of a different or same race is allowed for we do not judge people by there skin color.
