A. Questions about daily life in your utopia:
1. How does your utopia deal with birth and death?
· Birth
o When a person is born they are educated In Techno Topia until the age of 13 when the child must take the quiz to find out if he or she can really be in this utopia. If child does not pass the test they are able to travel back to the rest of the world and there mind will be cleared of all knowledge of Techno Topia (other knowledge still stays with them)
· Death
o When a person dies in Techno Topia they have 2 choices of how they would like to be buried.
§ At sea (which is when they put weights into your body and let you sink to the bottom of the ocean)
§ At home (the possibilities are endless however the family would like.)
o The reason why now one is buried on the island is that there simply isn’t enough room
2. What is beautiful in the eyes of your citizens?
In the eyes of the Techno Topian citizens anything can be beautiful. Since all people come from all parts of the world anything in their culture may be considered beautiful it all depends on the person.
3. What is the safeguard on corruption in your society?
The safeguard on corruption in Techno Topia works as follows:
· If a person does something against the rules they have 2 things that may happen
o Trail (for small to medium crimes)
§ The difference between Techno Topian trail and today’s trail is that Techno Topian trail involves everyone voting and it is not on a guilty or innocent basis. The way that Techno Topia works is that the people either decide by majority if the person gets to stay and is rehabilitated or is banished from Techno Topia for a specific amount of time according to the crime
o Banishment (for severe crimes)
§ Banishment is when the person who committed the crime is totally banished and will never have any thought or knowing about Techno Topia. They will live normal lives in their original home. If there original home is Techno Topia they are made a home somewhere else.
4. How does your utopia make human nature (the flaws, sins, and evil that inevitably arise in any society)?
