Health care is not something that people can get in Techno Topia. If you want to get health care you would go to your home wherever you live other than Techno Topia.
In the rare chance that a person doesnt live outside Techno Topia a person would go t the medical building and they would handle that.

In Techno Topia the idea of fire protection is very sophisticated. If a fire is started anywhere on the ground except for in designated areas a system of sprinklers would put it out but these are not your everyday sprinklers these sprinklers find the exact location of the fire pinpoints its weakest spot and shoots water and dry453 ( a new type of fire extinguisher)

There is no need for most people to have houses in Techno Topia because most people have houses outside of the utopia. if you do have housing in Techno Topia here are the reguirements

In Techno Topia building 1 is the storage building. This building is set in the middle of town and is totally accessible to everyone inTechno Topia. The way that this building work is that in the year 2900 Techno Topia found the basic idea behind the shrink and resize rays (SRR). When people in Techno Topia have something that they wish to have stored they take it to building 1. First you scan your hand for your distinct hand print then it studies your eyes to make sure you are who you say you are. This process takes all of 10.4789 seconds. Then you put your parcel onto the scanner were it is sealed of so nobody can touch it during the shrinking process. Once the package is sealed of the sinking begins. The parcel is now the size of a pin head and you can store billions of items in one little 1 foot area.
