A. Community services
1. Health Care/Hospitals  
    Soon after our Utopia was created, our scientists established a vaccine that cures humans of all disease. It is a strong immune system vitamin that allows your immune system to fight off any disease. There is another vaccine that strengthens your body, bones, organs, and skin. This way, you can't be physically hurt. So, after these vaccines were invented, there was no need for hospital or health care.

2. Libraries
  There will be a book warehouse and each household will go online to a catalog and order the books they want. The fee for being part of this program is $5 a year because all books are donated by the writer and the publishing company has a small fee to create the books. Then, you are sent the books you have ordered, then you return them when you have read them. There are no late fees and each person in your family can have 2 books out of the library at one time.

3. Fire protection
         Houses will be built with fire proof walls. When houses our made, this "paint" will be applied to the walls and this prevents most fires. Ways to deal with other kinds of fires will be dealt with by men. They will use water to put out the fire. The reason men will do this is because the women must survive in order to keep the population growing. But, the men won't mind because it is their job to protect the women in the society. 

4. Trash collection/disposal

    Since excessive amounts of trash danger the earth, we do not have trash. EVERYTHING will be recycled and used again and again. This way, there is less needed space and materials to create trash.

5. Hair stylists

       The hair stylists from the former USA will teach others their skills. Then, within a family, someone else will cut your hair.

6. Clothing

       The mall will be based on a "library system." Each morning, you will come to the mall and pick out an outfit. You will pay a $7 deposit when taking the clothes. Then, the next morning you will bring the clothes back and get back $6 and take a new outfit. There will be people's who's job it is to wash the worn clothes then put them back out on the shelves.

B. Urban planning
1. Types of homes (single-family, multiple-family, apartment
complexes, long houses, etc.

Our homes won't be based on beauty, but on safety. Houses that fit 20 people, or 4 families, we be made of concrete on the outside and the inside will be decked out with all of the common luxuries.

2. Where will industry, storage and warehouses be found and how will it be organized
Most warehouses and storage will be held in remote areas that are accessible, but out of the way. This way, the cities won't be filled with warehouses and other massive buildings that will just make things more crowded.
3. Recreation centers

     The stadiums/health clubs will be a key part in my soceity. We believe in staying fit so you won't die of disease's you get from being overweight or weak. Atleast 1 "Recreation Center" will be accessable to all members of our society. Each stadium/health club will accomodate all sports and will have mandatory programs for each individual. Children 3-16 will be responsible for signing in on a time card at the "recreation Center" and completeing 1 hour of physical activity each day. Citizens ages 18-death will be responsible for completing 45 minutes of physcial activity each day. The only way you can get a pass on this is by being decleared "Weak," meaning you for some big reason can't do physical activity (elders, handicapps, etc)

C. Funding
An initial fee of $20 to each citizen, but then free use after that.
1. Taxes
 Within each activity that would require taxes (library, mall, etc.) you pay a small yearly fee, so this is how these things get funded. When supplying energy, water, AC, etc., in your household, you and the 4 families you live with pay the assitant of your local watchful eye a small fee for what you use in your home.
2. Contributions from industry

      The industries that make contributions provide material things (clothing, books, etc.) so their contribution is not money related. The industries in other regions do not effect other regions, only in trade, because they are all part of the same nation.
