Belief Structure Template
I. Core Beliefs
a. What are the essential truths (belief statements) of your -Ism? You should have between 7 and 10 belief statements that outline the goals of your belief system. (i.e., I believe that all humans have the capacity to make the world a better place. Or, I believe that people are essentially evil and must be made good through a well-structured society. You must use Idopia as a place to host these belief statements.)
1) I believe that anyone can be good if they choose to be
2) I believe that you control your own life
3) I believe that all decisions that you make affect the rest of your life wether you are aware of it, or not
4) I believe that humans are to blame for what has happen to the earth
5) I believe that you should live life to the fullest
6) I believe that everybody should be treated equally
7) I believe that everyone has a purpose in life
8) I believe that hard work does pay off
9) I believe that dance is the best art form there is (and dance is part of theatre, so therefore by default theatre is the best also)
10) I believe that all stores should have online shopping
b. How do you act differently because of your beliefs?

b. How do you act differently because of your beliefs?
How I act differently is that I think more deeply about choices that I make. I also work hard and live in the moment. One last thing I do is I try to do things that will help the planet.
c. What is the purpose of life according your –Ism?
c. What is the purpose of life according your –Ism?
The purpose if life according to my -ism is that you should life the best life you can.It also is to follow your heart where ever it leads you. If you follow you heart, even if you fail at something you will be able to move forward.
d. How does the rest of the world differ from your core beliefs? Why are you right? (Why do you keep your beliefs in the face of others who do not share them?)
The rest of the world differs because they might think that some of the things that I think are wrong. They might have different opinions about things like humans causing her to the environment and that dance is the best art form there is. I don't think that I am more "right" then others, we just believe different things.

e. What beliefs do you you share with others? (What common ground do you see between your -Ism and others' -Isms)
I think beliefs that others probably share with me are:

f. Which core belief do you think is the central one that all other beliefs revolve around? (You can create a concept map of one of your Core Beliefs using Bubbl.us, Inspiration, or Glif
II. Role in Society
a. What is your role in society according to your -Ism? (How do you fit in among your peers?)
My role in society according to my -Ism is basically living the best life possible. It is also to make good choices and just in general have a good time.
b. What is your method of connection to others? (Are you part of a greater whole? Do you use emotions? Are you able to relate to others through a common experience? Do you see yourself in groups or cliques?)
I connect to people through many different things. The main one is similarities. When you have something similar with a person, it is easier for you to connect with that person. Sometimes I connect to people through differences. Sometimes if you are so much like a person it is just like another you, so it is also good to connect with someone by your differences. You can learn from them and they can learn from you. I think that I may be a part of many different cliques. For example there are the three main parts of my life: School, Dance, and Theatre. I have a different group of friends at each and there isn't a single person who are in two of the categories. I do things with my school friends, I do things with my dance friends, and I do things with my theatre friends, but never anything together. So I guess in a way I am in a clique
c. How much do you care for yourself vs. other people? (Is your –Ism more concerned with selfishness or giving?)
I think that I care for myself and others equally. To life your life to the fullest you kind of have to place yourself first and meet your needs first and then you can foucus on helping others (kind of what they say on air planes about the oxygen masks).

e. What is the prevailing metaphor or image that you would use to describe progress? Why would you define your –Ism with this image? (A ladder, a mountain, a treadmill, etc. Feel free to get an image from Morguefile or describe this metaphor through a bubblr strip. or Voicethread)
I would describe my -Ism through a clock because my -Ism is about living the best life possible. When you live your life to the fullest you just forget about the clock (time) and just do what you want to do, when you want to do it. Because if you are complaining and stressing about how you "don't have enough time" you will end up wasting more time that you could have been using to do something useful that you truly want to do.f. How do you view major social institutions (government, welfare, religion, etc.)?
I view them as important. They are important because they help to keep everything balanced. They also help to keep everything equal between others. Another thing they do is set rules, which help people to be good, because they don't want to brake those rules.

III. Solving Problems
IV. Debate
a. What are the debates that you are concerned with waging? Why? (Abortion, Equality, Truth, Etc.)
b. How would you frame these debates so that only your ideas would be seen as right?
I would support them with good ideas. I would make sure that all of my reasons were logical. That way there could be no way that people could poke holes throught them. They could simply just choose to to belive what I do. But they would know why I believed that.

V. Your Head
a. How does your –Ism influence the way you see everyday sights, events, and objects?
I tend to see the world in different ways of dance. When I hear a song I think of how I could do a dance to that song. I also relate difficult things to things in dance. When I see an outfit I think of what type of dance you could wear it for. Just pretty much everything, I have a way of seeing it with something to do with dance.

a. What are the other defining aspects of your –Ism that are not discussed in the other sections of this Outline?
I think that this song by Daughtry really describes my -Ism. One of the lines is "What aboout now? What about today?" To me it is pretty much saying to live in the moment and do what you can NOW.

How should individual human beings behave?
For Watching T.V.:
People should watch t.v. when they finish what they need to. People should watch a reasonable about of t.v. When they watch they should only watch 3-4 hours a day. This way they can have a more balanced life and they don't spend their entire day in front of the t.v.
How does that behavior influence others?
It influences others because they would be able to spend more time with that person. That person also would be able to spend more time with others. This would make people happy that they get to spend more time together.
Besides there aren't any other other things that haven't been discused in other sections.

How does having a good time and making good choices put you in a role in society? It seems like that should be your answer to how do you try to live your life, and not on how you fit in with society.
