What are Web Forms?

You can create publicly accessible web-to-lead forms to capture prospect information from a web page hosted by PlaybookIQ. You specify the content on the form. PlaybookIQ hosts the web page and creates contacts out of each response entered on the page.

How do I create a Web Form?

The owner of your PlaybookIQ account can create and manage web forms. Go to 'Admin' (using the link on the top right of your screen). Then choose 'Manage Web Forms' in the Web Form area of your account admin screen.

How do I find leads created from my web-to-lead form?

When you create a web form, be sure to specify a Playbook that you want those leads to drop into. This way, you can track leads coming in from the web-to-lead source.
