How do I import data?
You can import basic contact information from a file that has been formatted as comma seperated values (CSV). To import, click the import link in the Contacts tab. On the import screen, click the link to get started. Follow the instructions to ensure your data is properly prepared for import, then continue. Locate the document you want to import. Click Upload. Map the fields for import. Click import, and the contacts are imported to your PlaybookIQ account. To view your import history, click the import link, and all imports are listed.
What is "field mapping"?
Mapping is taking the fields you importing and matching them to fields in PlaybookIQ in a way that makes sense to you as the user.
What type of files can be imported?
You can import standard comma separated values (CSV) files into PlaybookIQ.
