Returns: All items are sold with a 24-hour inspection/return period. Buyer must contact GuitarsNouveau.com within 24 hours of receipt of the item purchased to arrange for a return authorization. We encourage our clients to call for a "Hands-on Detailed Description" prior to purchase. After a return is authorized and the item is returned in the same condition that it was received a refund will be issued less the shipping costs both ways. At this point in time and until further notice all purchase funds must be in the form of Money Order or Western Union.
