GIBSON EB-4L 1973
GIBSON EB-4L Bass 1973
How 'bout this one good looks, tone, and feel. The great thing about this variation of a EB-0 is that not only do you pick up a long scale neck (34.5") but a really cool 3 way switch that seems to variate the coil configerations on the humbucker pickup. Top all this off with my favorite Gibson color Cherry Red. Traditional beltbuckle wear on the back of the body and the head stock is stamped with 2nd are the only things I can find otherwise you might think you were looking at something out of a time capsule. And yes it comes with an Original hardshell case............... $1,800.00 | GIBSON EB-0 1966

Look closely at the pictures and you will see an abundance of checking on the top, very little on the upper rear neck, and none on the rear of the body. Very easy playing, complemented by period correct flat wound strings. One of the lightest and easiest choices a working bass player can make. This one comes in a non-original hardshell case that has a makeshift handle. Did we mention this bass has great action…………………………….$1,450.00 |
