Counselling

Going through a difficult time?

Facing an important decision?

Seeking a new direction and sense of purpose?

Need to make some changes in your life?

Most of us can answer 'yes' to one or more of these questions at some stage in our lives.

Counselling can help us to face up to the difficulties that stand in the way of our personal growth and wellbeing.

It offers you the space and time to work through problems, gain new insights and come to your own decisions.

I am a registered counsellor based in Glasgow and work with both individuals and couples. I have particular experience counselling clients in the following areas:

  • Anxiety

  • Bereavement

  • Depression

  • Relationships

  • Sexuality

  • Spirituality

Choosing counselling is a very personal decision. Understandably you will want to find out more about what it can do for you, as well as a counsellor you feel you can trust.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. You'll be under no obligation, and your enquiry will be treated in the strictest confidence.

As a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy Registered Counsellor, I adhere to its Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
