She takes you through a very interesting chapter talking about the aging process and what happens to your body, like heart muscles thickening with age, also arteries tend to stiffen as you process through those golden years.

One chapter is about the “Brain and how it functions” this is a very important issue that you may not know, even with healthy eating, the brain will age with loss of some of the structures that connect the nerve cells, thats not all bad as now with recent studies there has been some breakthroughs and it’s true that the adult nervous system is capable of producing new cells, but the exact conditions is yet to be proven, so just keep making your brain working every day, as without our brain, life is very unsatisfactory and your body will start to show the labors of memory loss and will deteriorate with aging.
